We also ran into a steel beam behind the HNS last night in Madison and blew out our tire. Let me tell you what, trying to change a tire at 2am in 20 degree weather is the polar opposite of awesome - as is having to unpack your crap in order to get to the jack and ratchet. Thumbs down go to the stock Dodge RAM jack as it sucked and wouldn't work. Thumbs up to the guy at HNS that lent us his super jack.
